• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 minute of the booking time. Most bookings are autoconfirmed, and we will send you the voucher via email.

  • Partial Payment: All bookings with partial payment are nonrefundable and confirmed automatically.

• Our pick-up time and Guide Numbers for tours will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative before 12 hours of the tour date (in the case of Join Tours). For All Private Tours, all pick-up points are already mentioned in our itinerary.
