Confirmation Policy

• You will receive confirmation of your booking’s availability within 1 minute of booking.
• Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and a voucher will be sent via email.
• Any auto-prepaid booking is confirmed automatically when payment is made via our payment gateway system.
• All bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• For "Pay Later" bookings, confirmation is not guaranteed unless you update us with your room number and hotel check-in details.
• For join tours, pick-up time and guide details will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date.
• For private tours, pick-up points are already mentioned in the itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder or notify us at rsvn@sunleisrueworld.com with your booking confirmation number.

Additional Information

• Children aged 0-2 years can join the tour for free if they do not occupy an additional seat.

• Tours are available almost every day. In case of urgency or cancellation, you will be notified at least 12 hours in advance.
• If rescheduling is required, our Customer Service Representative will suggest alternative dates or process an immediate refund.
• Tours are conducted in English, but private tours are available in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean upon request. Specify your preferred language when making a private tour booking.
• Be ready at the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the specified time on the voucher.
• Delays from your side may result in reallocation to a later time, subject to availability, or auto-cancellation with a 100 percent charge.
• Drivers may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances.
• A mobile voucher or booking confirmation on your mobile device is sufficient for this activity.
• The activity schedule may be affected by weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather or natural disasters.

Foreign Nationals

• Must register on the Thailand Pass system.
• Required documents for Thailand Pass include passport, certificate of vaccination or a COVID-19 test result, and proof of medical treatment coverage with a minimum of $10,000 USD.
• You will receive a Thailand Pass QR Code within 1-2 hours.
• Airlines and Disease Control Officers will check all documents upon arrival.
