• Please book this ticket 1 day in advance.
• This tour start at 8:30 AM and lasts around 10 hrs.
• The tourists are requested to wait 20-15 minutes early at the hotel/lobby or meeting point.
• Any delay from the tourists on the day of the tour can result in cancellation. 
• You will receive confirmation of your booking's availability within 1 day of booking. Most bookings are auto-confirmed, and we will send your voucher via email.
• Auto Pre-Paid Booking: Any booking paid via our payment gateway is confirmed automatically.
• Partial Payment: Bookings with partial payment are non-refundable and confirmed automatically.
• Pay Later Booking: Bookings with the "Pay Later" option are not confirmed until you provide your room number and hotel check-in details.
• For join tours, pick-up time and guide contact information will be confirmed by our Customer Service Representative at least 12 hours before the tour date.
• For private tours, all pick-up details are outlined in the itinerary.
• If you do not receive an email, check your Spam folder or notify us via email at rsvn@sunleisrueworld.com with your booking confirmation number.
• Please send us your room number and local contact number (if available) to the same email address.

Remarks

• Our tours operate almost every day. In case of cancellation or urgency, we will notify you at least 12 hours before the tour time. If this happens, our Customer Service Representative may suggest an alternative date or provide a full refund.
• Be ready in your hotel lobby 15 minutes before the time specified on your voucher.
• If you arrive late, we may reallocate your booking to a later time if available. Otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled with a 100% charge.
• Drivers may be delayed by 15-45 minutes due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
• You don’t need to show a printed voucher. Simply present your mobile voucher or booking confirmation to the guide.
• Activity times may be affected by factors such as weather, equipment maintenance, or safety protocols.
• Sun Leisure World reserves the right to cancel any booking due to bad weather or natural disasters.
