Chiang Mai Night Safari is a nocturnal zoo located in Chiang Mai Province, Thailand. The safari has operated by Pinkanakorn Development Agency, subordinated to the Prime Minister's Office. The safari opened in 2006 at the same year with the Royal Flora Expo 2006 in order to promote Chiang Mai tourism

Pick up from hotel by our tour guide and transfer to Chiang Mai Night Safari , a nature theme Park. Begin the adventure with the Walking Zone where small animals are ready to welcome you. Next, proceed to the tram station and get on the tram to get around the South zone and North zone to see and experience animal lives at night including tigers, lions, zebras, and giraffes. After that go back to the hotel

Terrible experience at this 'night time safari' viewing animals in dreadfully small enclosures. Then the circus act with the tigers was appalling. I honestly didn't expect to ever see something like this in my life. Went with friends not knowing it was a zoo! Walked out half way through the tour.
it has entrance fee,parking place, away from city arounf 1 hour, you have two tram ride, you can see somany animals at night and they have some theme shows, evrything must be visiting.
My boyfriend and I were really excited for this trip but were disappointed with the experience. There was a lot going on in the park and people everywhere. The actual night safari felt super rushed and although some of the animals did come very close you kinda ‘zoomed’ past them. The tiger show was more than uncomfortable and hard to watch- I’d hate to think how they got the tigers to do the circus tricks that they did.
If you get bored of visiting zoos, this is a great place for you to have a go for new experience. You could determine the lives of nocturnal animals and enjoy some animal shows. Note that the food and drinks in this place are costly. Please prepare some for your own.
We visited that safari park with children (6 & 9 years) and we were surprised how well organized and clean it was. At first we saw tiger and lions shiw, where animals showed small things (jumping or walking for meat). There is several white tigrs and white lion also.
Waste of time with exorbitant price. We bought 800/per person ticket for both Tram and walk tour. The fountain show was closed and at the end of night safari the walk tour was closed. Generally the staff was good but at one entrance whenI asked for th information he started to make fun of me.
It's good for childtren to relax after Doi Inthanon trip. My childrens very happy to see and touch a zebra, Giraffe, deers...
